Contractor Level 2 - $2,560.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in excavation, site preparation, earth moving or the construction and/or rehabilitation of utility systems including, but not limited to, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and drainage systems, water lines, cables (underground communication and electric), ducts, conduits, gas lines, tunneling,boring, trenchless construction, treatment systems, pump stations and other utility construction and appurtenances thereof. Level 2 Utility Construction Revenue between $2 Million and $5 Million

Contractor Level 3 - $3,315.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any person, firm, or corporation engaged in excavation, site preparation, earth moving or the construction and/or rehabilitation of utility systems including, but not limited to, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and drainage systems, water lines, cables (underground communication and electric), ducts, conduits, gas lines, tunneling,boring, trenchless construction, treatment systems, pump stations and other utility construction and appurtenances thereof. Level 4 Utility Construction Revenue greater than $10 Million

Institutional Member - $750.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any school or governmental entity (local, state or federal) involved in the utility construction and / or excavation industry.

Secondary Associate Level 1 - $730.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments An Associate Member that holds a membership in another chapter and therefore is a secondary member in Arizona.

Secondary Specialty Contractor - $550.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any person, firm, or corporation that employs labor on the job site, but does not bid or perform any utility construction or excavation work. And has a membership at another NUCA chapter.

Specialty Contractor - $1,055.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Any person, firm, or corporation that employs labor on the job site, but does not bid or perform any utility construction or excavation work.
