Nichelle has a master’s in Human Resources and Labor Relations, Nichelle is  committed to helping others succeed in corporate and noncorporate environments. Her areas of expertise are diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, training and development and implementing effective business processes to streamline continuity. She currently leads several activities that help promote talent and leader development. During her career, Nichelle has facilitated several workshops that encourage personal and professional development. Nichelle currently resides in Phoenix, Arizona. She enjoys the outdoors, biking, and is a self-proclaimed foodie.

Nichelle will be discussing personal branding. Personal branding is how you package yourself and communicate the unique value you can offer to an organization. In this session, we will identify and articulate what differentiates you from other candidates, effective networking techniques and the power of understanding your key strengths.
